Both in terms of graphics and story, it delivers an outstanding performance, leaving you with goosebumps every single minute of gameplay. You can undoubtedly call it a true horror Resident Evil game, as it ventures beyond the zombie-infested world of Resident evil while remaining a worthy successor of RE7. From weapon designs to character portrayals, their voices and expressions, every aspect was executed flawlessly. Most importantly, each environment was beautifully designed and perfectly tailored to the game's situations. Even the DLC "Shadows of Rose" was amazing. Without giving away spoilers, the moment the puppet starts following you was genuinely terrifying and shocking. The developers have truly outdone themselves. If you're in search of the best horror game to keep you awake and set your heart pounding, this is perfect for you. As a traditional Resident Evil fan, I can confidently say that this is one of the best games I've ever played to date.
